24 Carrot Bistro is now hiring experienced line cooks. We are an award winning, fast paced,farm-to-table restaurant looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our team. Our approach to food is simple; farm to table, fresh, seasonal and local. We believe in using the highest quality ingredients sourced and grown sustainably. We are located in Historic Downtown Erie, the fastest growing Town in Colorado! Conveniently located 20 minutes north of Denver, 15 min East of Boulder and 5 miles off I-25. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, passionate about food, and have the ability to excel in a busy environment. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays Job Duties:30-40 Hours per weekAM & PM ShiftsWork Cold & Hot Station and BrunchLinePrep and execution of daily menu items.Advanced Knife and Butchery Skills a plus.Must be passionate and motivated to learnWork well with others.Must work clean, be organized and work well under pressureAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesFollow recipes and presentation specificationsPrepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerOperate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficientlyClean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitationAssist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipmentRestock items as needed throughout the shift Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay plus 4% kitchen appreciation feePaid Weekly Paid Sick Time Daily Meals Dining Discounts Retirement Plan
